01.What this page is for
This page describes how to request deletion of personal data that3liChat has collected about you, including data linked to your Google or Facebook account if you signed in with one of those identity providers. It satisfies the “data deletion instructions URL” requirement under Meta's Platform Terms and equivalent obligations under the GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, and other privacy laws.
For broader information about how we collect and use information, see our Privacy Policy.
02.Option A — Delete your data from inside 3liChat
The fastest way to delete your data is from within the application. You will need to be signed in.
- 1Sign in on the web, or open the3liChat app on your phone.
- 2On the web, open Settings → Profile and scroll to Delete account. In the mobile app, open Settings → Delete account.
- 3Enter your password (and your two-factor code, if you use one) and type your email address to confirm.
- 4If you own the workspace, the same screen lets you hand it to another member first, or delete the whole workspace — its conversations, contacts, websites, knowledge base, connected channels and every member's account — in one step. Deleting a workspace cancels its paid plan. Owners can also start this from Settings → Organization → Delete workspace.
Your account is deleted immediately. A deleted workspace stops working at once and its data is erased within minutes. Backups containing your data are purged on a rolling 14-day cycle.
03.Option B — Email us
If you cannot sign in, or you want a written record, email ngtphat98@gmail.com from the address registered on your account with the subject Data deletion request.
Please include:
- The full name on the account.
- The email address used to sign up.
- If you signed in with Google or Facebook, mention which provider so we can match the account.
- Any workspace IDs or invoice numbers you have, if available — this speeds verification.
We will verify your identity, confirm receipt within 5 business days, and complete deletion within 30 days. We will notify you when it is done.
04.Option C — Revoke access from Facebook and let us know
If you signed in with Facebook, you can also revoke our access from your Facebook settings. Revoking access alone does not delete the3liChat data we already have, so please combine it with Option A or Option B.
- 1Open facebook.com/settings/?tab=applications.
- 2Find 3liChat in the list of apps connected to your account.
- 3Click Remove to revoke access.
- 4Email ngtphat98@gmail.com so we can locate and delete the data associated with that Facebook account.
05.Option D — Revoke access from Google and let us know
If you signed in with Google, you can also revoke our access from your Google account settings. As with Facebook, revoking access alone does not delete the 3liChat data we already have.
- 1Open myaccount.google.com/permissions.
- 2Find 3liChat in the list of third-party apps with access.
- 3Click it, then click Remove access.
- 4Email ngtphat98@gmail.com so we can locate and delete the data associated with that Google account.
06.What we delete (and what we keep)
When we receive a verified request, we delete:
- Account profile (name, email, avatar, password hash, OAuth identifiers).
- Workspace memberships, conversations you owned, internal notes, attachments.
- Visitor analytics linked to your workspace.
- API keys and webhooks.
We retain, for the periods required by law or strictly necessary:
- Billing records and tax invoices, where required by tax law (up to 10 years).
- Security audit logs of administrative actions, for up to 13 months.
- Aggregated, non-identifying usage statistics.
