Questions businesses ask us

  • Which channels are supported? Website chat (our widget), Facebook Messenger, Zalo Official Account and Telegram. Messenger connection is waiting for Meta's app review, so it may not be open to every account yet.
  • How long does setup take? Adding the widget to a website takes a few minutes: paste one snippet. Teaching the AI depends on how many documents you have. Zalo OA needs an app created on Zalo for Developers, which takes a few more steps.
  • Do I need a card to start? No. The free plan needs no card and includes 100 AI replies a month for one staff member. Upgrade only when you need more.
  • Will the AI make things up? The AI is instructed to answer only from the knowledge you provide and to hand over to a person when unsure. No AI is right every time, so you can chat with it before turning it on for customers, and every reply stays in your inbox for review.
  • Can my team use it together? Yes. The free plan has one staff seat, Pro up to five, and Enterprise has no limit. Each person gets a role that sets what they can see and do.
  • How is my data handled? Each business's data is kept separate and sent over HTTPS. To write answers, conversation text is sent to an AI model provider (currently OpenAI). You can delete your account and its data at any time in Settings. Details are in our Privacy Policy.
